We cook with ingredients from the region, prefer suppliers from the Zillertal valley and value short distances, fresh products and authentic flavours. The result is cuisine that is down-to-earth, honest and yet creative. Our claim: culinary craftsmanship with attitude — nothing superfluous, just authentic dishes where you can taste how much heart has gone into preparing each one.

Our restaurant is located in a historic building with solid stone walls and a structure dating back to the 17th century — authentic, charming and full of character. The combination of traditional architecture, cosy furnishings and warm hospitality creates a feel-good atmosphere where you immediately feel welcome. A place to arrive, relax and enjoy. In summer, our sun terrace enhances the experience — perfect for relaxing hours in fine weather with a glass of wine.

The Märzenklamm restaurant is the ideal setting for a cosy dinner, a get-together with friends or a celebration. The terrace, lounge and large hall combine regional cuisine, personal service and a pleasant atmosphere – perfect for celebrations in the Zillertal. The lounge can accommodate up to 30 people, the panoramic terrace around 60 guests and the large hall approximately 120 people. Our location is wheelchair accessible and offers accommodation at a special price, free parking and a hotel bar with selected wines and cocktails. There is no hall rental fee for parties, and we tailor menus to your individual wishes.
